[Resolved] Havells India — bad service, brand new ceiling fans are faulty and company has no replacement policy | |||||
Brand new 3 havells ceiling fans bought on 4th oct 2018, were found to be faulty while installation on 6th oct. Logged complaint 3 times in past 10 days, technician sent to repair the fans but still the problem is same. As per customer care, company has no policy of replacement and will repair the fans always. I want my money back and havells has the worst customer support ever experienced. No reply received from their website Was this information helpful? | |||||
