Job no.[protected] Dear team We are being harrassed by service engineer of havells. We have digitouch ro which stopped providing purified water on 12 th april which was still under warranty. We registered a complaint on same day. We reaceived a call and were assured that our complaints will be attended once lockdown is eased. We patiently waited and on 3rd, lockdown was eased. Since 3rd may, we have been following up with service engineer (Name - vipin, number - [protected]) he has been telling us that he will reach today evening or tomorrow morning. We kept on calling 6-7 times a day but he didn't attended our issue telling that there should be atleast 3-4 complaints of our location then only he will visit. We have been spending huge money on purchase of drinking water since last 35 days. I have never seen such a pathetic service from any of the brand. We have products from different brands and all complaints are attended in max 48 hours. I need fixing of this issue immediately and also compensation for the amount that i spent in last 13 days (I am excluding strict lockdown period till 3rd may) Regards [protected] (Jai prakash rajput) Was this information helpful? | |
