[Resolved] Havells India — Dissatisfied with the service | |||
Dear Sir/ madam, I have purchased the 15 Lts geyser almost a month back & requesting for Installation since 3 weeks. In my new house i am using all Havells products - where ever it is possible. I was totally disappointed with the service on Geyser Installation. When you are not able to give some service of free installation - Pls. dont advertise that we will give Free installation. I was fedup with calling your designated Service center for installation. Pls. stop false promises. I would have gone with any other product rather than now. I will recommend in my circle & friends not to go Havells. If you can do anything by tomorrow. Other wise i will return this product immly. here i am sending you the invoice for your ref.
