[Resolved] Havells India — geyser - gero 25 ltrs | |||
I bought three Havells geysers and 6 fans from Kanwar Electricals in Jagatpuri Delhi, with a bill and warranty card. When I opened the geyser carton, for installation, one of the geysers Gero- 25 ltrs, did not have the plate/hook on which it’s to be mounted on the wall. I requested the dealer Kanwar electricals to help me get one, he clearly denied saying that I need to register a complaint with Havells and they will help me. I did that. The complaint was registered by their call center. Once the technician called me, he said that he can not help me and asked me to talk to his boss Amit, #[protected]. He denied help as well. He then called again after checking with his “marketing dept” who again denied help. So basically for no fault of mine, I am being made to run pillar to post for a measely hook. I wish i could just pay someone and buy it. But Havells can not help me with that as well. Is this the service we should expect from a reputed brand? Or do they not actually care a dime for their customers? Do I need to now run to a consumer court to get this hook? I would be grateful if someone could address this complaint.
