[Resolved]  Havells India — geyser repair pending for 1.5 months now

I made a complaint on 05-02-18 with complaint no. Hb053647 for repair of water geyser. Its 17th march today, its a case of highly careless attitude from the system the company has made for its customers. They have not bothered to call be or visit since 7-02-18 in spite of my making so many calls. Even after following up so many times, nobody bothered to call back. This is the worst experience with any customer care ever.

Details of my complaint are provided below
The complaint was allocated to crystal services on 06-02-18 which was informed to me through sms.
Mr monish mansoori visited the site on 06-02-18 and told that the lead from the water geyser to main plug is faulty and need to be replaced. He further told that you will be informed about the charges in a day or two.
Again on 07-02-18 a sms was received that my complaint has been allocated to mr hariom. Mr. Hariom visited the site for inspection. When it was told that the site has been already been inspected by mr monish mansoori on 6th feb, it was told that now onwards he will inspect. After inspection he told that two parts i. E. One told by mr monish mansoori and another part are faulty and are to be replaced. Before going he told that an estimate will be intimated to me the next day and if agreed the parts will be replaced.
No one visited the site or called me regarding the same.
I called mr hariom on 17-02-18 and he told that he is yet to receive the details from the company. I made a call to the call centre on 17-02-18 and was told that my request has been put on urgent basis and some engineer will be contacting me. I requested to talk to senior executive and was told that he is busy and will call me after some time. Since no call came for four hours i called again and could contact the same call centre employee who assured me that senior will be calling me. He connected me to the senior and i was assured that my problem will be solved and engineer will be visiting the site on monday the 19th feb 18.
No one called me or came for repair the water geyser. Again i called the call centre on 23-02-18 and was again told that my request has been made on urgent basis and will be taken care off in a day or two. When i requested to talk to some senior executive it was told that he is busy and will be calling me shortly. No call from senior executive came till 26th feb 2018 and no one visited to repair my water gyser.
I again called on 26-02-18 and the same reply that it has been put up on urgent basis. I again requested for connecting me to senior executive. Here i may like to explain that i made 7 to 8 calls in a span of one hour to get me connected to the senior executive. Every time the person citing at the call centre would ask me to hold far one minute and he will be connecting me to the senior. Every time after few minutes the call would get disconnected. At last i could talked to one senior executive mr rohit goel. Who assured me that tomorrow your issue will be resolved and somebody will be contacting me. Again till date nothing has come out from the efforts i made sine 05-02-18.

Hi Team,

I would like to confirm that my complaint is yet not resolved.

It is very unprofessional and negligent of havells, that after confirming that my complaint will be addressed shortly on 19th March, , I got a call from Havells on 25th March (My request was allocated to some Mr Click) and then on 26th March ot was allocated to Mr Asif and then on 27th March to Mr Varun. Mr Varun came to check the geyser and confirmed that a part needs to be replaced and it will be done shortly. He also took a service fee of Rs 250 (as if he did any service ??) - Receipt attached. Ever since that day, I have not got anything from havells as when is it going to be repaired and if it will ever be.

I lodged my first complaint on 5th Feb, today is 19th April. 2.5 months have gone by and Havells have not been able to resolve my issue. I am not sure how the processes work in Havells but this is pathetic.
