[Resolved] Havells India — havells 15ltr geyser | |||
I had purchased a 15ltrs havells geyser on 20.10.2014 from kolkata. On february i lodged a complain since there was a water leakage. -technician visited from t. N. Enterprise new town (Kolkata) and said the screw has become lose and fixed it. But the next day it was the same. -technician visited again and did the same. -technician visited for the 3rd time and said there is problem in the tank and since its under warranty it shall be replaced within 2-3 weeks. I was quite frustrated with havells team since every time i called they said it will take another few days for it to get replaced. We have ordered for the part. Its been 6 weeks and no reponse from your end and when i call the answer is still the same-"madam time lagega" I use all 3 geysers at my home from havells, all mcb from havells. If such a trusted brand will provide this kind of response, it will certainly force me to think discontinue using this brand and aware others for this kind of response from havells so that others will break relations with havells.
