[Resolved] Havells India — Havells asking money, even though my product under warranty | |||
"We buy branded products for it's service. Havells have very poor customer service, waste of money. Product longevity is less than 2 years, so do non branded heaters which is 60% less cost. Shame on you Havells. Whenever you call, service center will tell you they will resolve issue in 24 hours, but they won't, may be they can't." After I register above complaint service engineer contacted me and asking Rs.950 even though my product is under warranty. I think, Havells is fraud. FK093123 allocated to Skahil from Pune.
