[Resolved] Havells India — Havells fans (complaint) | |||||
I have purchased Havels LED Pedestial fan in May 2017. (Spending huge amount of money on false advertising) . The fan started making lot of noise while running right after one month o[censored]sage I had logged the call with their service centre, but the call center agents after wait of 10 min, picks up the phone and without attending the complaint, he disconnects the phone by saying sorry, this etiquette of call center agent is disgusting. I could not able to register the complaint over phone, inspite of trying several time. However, I have registered complaint online Enquiry No is SVC4756108 and Your CustomerID is [protected], but still yet to get response. The fusion fan is making the loudest noise and i cannot sleep at night, and the call center agents behaviour is disgusting. On going through the previous complaints given by other customers it seems, the company is not providing necessary customer assistance. Was this information helpful? | |||||
