[Resolved] Havells India — havells geyser installation | |||
I bought a havells geyser power turbo and called the havells number for the installation. I was told that a technician will be sent over within 24-48 hrs. First of the technician shows up after the 48hrs. Also he technician sent by havells was very unprofessional. I called back the customer service number to give the feedback, first they tried disconnecting my call and after a couple of tries i get thru to an agent who refuses to connect me to a manager for escalation. I gave a service complaint on 15'th March 2019.But it is not resolved till mow.And the technician closed the complaint by himself.It is in warranty period.Kindly help.Kindly see that the customer signature must be there afyer completing the work.
