[Resolved] Havells India — havells monoblock water pump - my complaint number is[protected] which is falsely cancelled | |||
I would like to share the third class quality of havells products and moreover the pathetic services which they are providing to their customer. My 1st complaint filed on 24th jan was canceled by havells stating that i am out of station which is not the fact. Actually technician visited my house took the video and stated that there is some electrical fault in the motor which he needs to discuss with his senior. After that my complaint for canceled. Then i written an detailed email to the senior management of havells on 31st jan 19 about the pathetic services. They called me on the same day and promised me to get the problem resolved at earliest. After that their is no follow up from them and its been a more than a week now since my problem is not solved and my family is forced to bear all the problems w/o water pump. Hi havells, By this time you and me both were expecting the closure of the problem and hence conclusion of this mail chain on a good note - unfortunately this is not the case. My problem is at it is and the irony is it didn't move a bit especially when it's been a more than a week since i have written my last email to you. Actually i opened the case 24th jan and its more than 2 weeks now w/o solution. Below are the course o[censored]nfruitful actions carried by havells in last 1 week. - 31st jan : after i escalated the case on 31st jan, i got the call from noida by some senior authority around 5 pm and i was promised that technician (Mohit) will visit after 3 hours. I kept on waiting but as usual he didn't come - belief me i am not surprised with it as i am use to of it. - 1st feb: i received a call from technician (Mohit) in the morning around 10 am when i was in office, he was asking can i come now - which obviously not possible since i am at office. When i asked him why he didn't inform me that he is not coming last night - he said sir my phone was not functioning, again i have no choice but to go by with his lie. I requested him to ask senior technician (Sukhdev) to call me so that i can check the status of his last visit where he suppose to discuss with his senior about the video that he shoot of my motor. In the afternoon i received a call from senior technician - he told me that sir i am trying to replace your motor since it is malfunctioned and checking with dealers if they have spare motor. He called e again that he could not make it up with dealers and initiating a bill. - 8th feb : for 1 week i didn't get any updates and when i called senior technician (Sukhdev), he said i discussed today itself and initiating the bill (The same statement which he told me 1 week before). When i asked how come it took week to initiate a bill and yet its not submitted - he was keeping completely mum. This shows how much concern havells is for his customer. He told me to wait for 10 min and promised me to call back in 10-15 min. Unfortunately, i didn't get a call back from him. When i called him twice he disconnected my phone twice and after that his phone was unreachable and kept on trying relentlessly. Does havells belief that after taking payments from customer, it can treat customers at their will and we are on the mercy of havells? With my experience with havells - it is true. Believe me i am going to sit dumb - now after writing this email i am spreading my whole experience over the web and at the same time raising consumer grievance. Can you guys imagine what problem my family members are going through and managing w/o water motor? Ohh.. God - its a shame on you havells. I have made a payment of Rs 7157.01 & rs.11998.68 in fav havells india ltd on 14-11-18 in havells bank account no [protected] towards purchase of one Gyser & One RO. But till date i have not received my products or any response from Havells India Ltd

Unfortunately Your sorry doesn't solve the issues that me and family is facing. My complaint number is[protected]. I have written emails to [protected]@havells.com, [protected]@havells.com, [protected]@havells.com and [protected]@havlles.com but even with such escalations Havelles service center has done nothing. I have escalated the case on 31 Jan 19 and till date 11 Feb 2019 i am yet to get an resolution. The service center is failed to raise a bill yet - i am not able digest how could it take 9 days and yet the bill is not raised for the replacement of faulty matter. Can you imagine, w/o water motor, what pain my family is going through since 24th Jan 19 sine i opened the complaint.
I actually want to do something and want to take it seriously - give me resolution and please please don't say sorry - i am fed of it listening all the time from Havlles and actually doing nothing.
Actually its my fault that i trust Havells. The way Havells advertise themselves over the media is completely fake - this is really true to me having such a worst experience of my life with your third class products and moreover the seriously pathetic services.
