[Resolved] Havells India — havells storage geyser support in warranty period | |||
I raised the complaint on 31st July 2018 for after sales support for storage geyser which is in warranty and the call no HG306231 and later many follow up calls to support a technician came and taken the part which has the problem after that till now no one came. Again I have done few follow ups to support and spoke to the superior and he said that day or day after definitely technician will visit and repair it. One technician called and said he don't know that previously some technician visited and a part need to be replaced and he need to brought the part and he said will bring tomorrow and repair it but it is not happened. Strange thing is every time new person/technician will be assigned mostly but he donot know what is status or summary of the problem. We will get the call number when we raise a complaint but not the technician number. We should wait for his call. Please find the attachment of the call numbers.
