[Resolved] Havells India — havells water heater issue | |||
I registered a complain that led light is not working. Technician came and he told he has corrected it. The next day it stopped working again. Again i called customer care and told the issue. They sent the same technician and he told they dont have proper led and went back. After a week i called him again and he came and replaced the green led light with red light. Next day heater stopped working completely. No hot water and no light glowing. Registered new complaint again, he came after 1 day and fixed the issue. Got very hot water in the evening even with low temperature setting. And it took 45 minutes to get hot water from the tap. Next day again no hot water and no bulb glowing. Called customer care and technician multiple times. Only answer is we will send/i'll come in 15 minutes. The technician without visiting the place has resolved the issue 3 times whenever i reopen the ticket.
