[Resolved] Havells India — iron purchase not working

Dear sir
I purchase one iron and it is in warranty.
I have warranty card of 2 year but no reponse by havells till now. I complaint this to customer care that my iron is not working.
Very poor feedback by them.
Please solve my problem.
