[Resolved] Havells India — issue with havells e-store. think twice before you buy

I have ordered ventilair ds exhaust fan (Order id:[protected] from havells india official e-store. But they have send me ventilier dsp which is a lower version with a price difference. I have received he product on 4th march 2019 and immediately i requested customer care for replacement with complain number[protected]. First of all it is the negligence of the havells authority that they send me a wrong product and secondly till today i. E 9th march no response from any authorized person. I emailed customer care, e-store and also branch office in bangalore. But i am surprised that not received a single response. Never expects such services from a brand like havells.

Thank you for your response but it's been nearly 48 hrs since I launched the complain.But issue is not yet resolved.I believe the concern team is really working hard to retain customer.

It's nearly 72hrs over since I launched the complain in this forum and 9days over since I reported the issue to Havells India.

Do you really bother about the customer complains ?

Finally after 20 days my issue got resolved.Thanks to your team.But for sure I never suggest anyone to buy from Havells E-store in future including me.Secondly it's really sad that your employees are unaware that Havells does have their own E-store.Please consider this as a feedback that kindly train your Customer care so that they raise the right complain and convey it to only the concern team.
