This is with reference to a water geyser of volume 15L brought from Goel Enterprises, Gandhi Nagar, Basti with customer name :Smt Asha Tripathi of model Monza DX with serial no :83IFGBG01581 on dated 24/09/19.This is to lodge a complaint regarding the malfunctioning of the product and blowing up of the adaptor much within the given time of warranty.
