Havells India — mccb has not replaced | |
I had purchased a HAVELLS -100 AMP 4POLE MCCB on 21/08/2018, which comes with one year replacement warranty. In February, the MCCB didn't work for which I made complaint to havells customer care. company sent engineer to my location to see the MCCB, he ask me to show the bill of purchase, I show him and gave a photocopy of bill to him. then he assure me that company will replace MCCB in a week.
