[Resolved] Havells India — no action against complaint of gas geyser | |||
48hrs time was allotes to me for service agent service, but no action has been taken, its fourth day i am calling their customer service regularly. Daily the customer service agent is asking me to wait for another 24hr, but only false hope and promises is given to me. This is the exploitation of consumer rights. The product is under warranty now, still no service agent has been sent by company, which is very disgusting. Was this information helpful? | |||
