Havells India — Non attending food processor complaint JOB[protected]dated 22.6.2021 and JOB[protected] dated 29.6.2021 | |||
My complaint for non working of my food processorfor the last two months. I booked complaints through app, first vide JOB[protected]dated 22.6.2021 and when its status was showing closed, again booked another complaint vide JOB[protected] dated 29.6.2021. Till date no person visited my place for attending and now the status of my complaints is again showing closed. also called at call centre for about more than 10 x and emailed for more than 20 times at customer care of Havells but all my efforts gone in vain my complaint is not yet attended by any of the engineer however on both my complaints on AP the status is showing closed I am attaching the screenshots of my complaints for ready reference now I am fed up with the after sale services of Havells and is planning to go to consumer courts for resolving my complaint as well as for the compensation of harassment faced by me Chander Mohan Phone [protected] e mail.
