I purchased a trimer from Flipkart one and half year ago and the product is in 2 year guarantee but suddenly trimer stop working . I submit my complaint in the Havells app and customer care number but my service request cancel without any reason but I am repeat this service request 3 to 4 time but all the request cancelled .
