I purchased a water motor on 26/11/2017 and it's not working from 04/01/2019, I raised a complaint regarding it to your company on 07/01/2019. They said our executive will be there within 24 to 48 hours but now its more than 3 days already passed, I called to your toll-free number for more than 15 times and every time they are saying "we are sorry for the inconvenience our executive will be there soon".
Again I have raised another complaint then the engineer who is assigned to the complain told me that the part is not available. After one week the same thing they are saying that wait for 48 hours and we solve the problem. Still, I m facing the geyser problem from last 15 days

Sir, sorry to say you, but is it my mistake that I purchased your company's geyser and I never expect this much poor service from a brand.
