[Resolved] Havells India — product (water geyser) not received | |||||
Dear concern, I am writing to bring your attention on a serious notice, my complaint no hl251635 12 days back on 25th dec regarding non working of my water geyser... Technical attended the complaint & told it would take 2 days to resolve as there is some part has been damaged automatically i am not able to repair it now, so i will take it to company where we can repair easily and can install again in two days as its under warranty. I called the customer of havells to know about the water purifier. But they said, they will contact me soon by a technician in 24 hours. I have called to your customer care many times but did not get any proper response. They always put my call on hold for 20 minutes and then disconnect the call, its more than 2 weeks now, no one contacted me yet. So pathetic service you all are giving. I am really surprised to get this poor response / service company like havells. Pl resolve the issue immediately Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||||
