Havells India — Regarding not visiting of technician for servicing | |||
R/sir It is for your kind information that i made a call to customer care number [protected] on dated 02.06.2020, 06.06.2020, 16.06.2020 and 19.06.2020 for servicing o[censored]v plus water purifier. Every time customer care representative assured me that the technician will visit for servicing but till date no one has visited for servicing. I am surprised that such a big brand is doing this. You are requested to get the service done at the earliest. Otherwise i will have to take hard step. Was this information helpful? | |||
