He202135 is my complaint number. I have been trying to get solution to my problem last from 2-3 months but there is no action taken to the complaint also no satisfactory response given from your customer executives. Saying the query has been kept in fake list due to number of time fup's made by the customer and the seniors are looking at it. Our mixer is not working form last 2month ago, i well complaint before last 2month, no any action, jalgaon service center person visiting 2 times but problem not solved due to un availability of material, in year 2 times our mixer is not working properly . i request you pl change our mixer i have paid rs. 4263/- is not small amout.

I purchased a new stand fan Havells make from Shyam enterprise, Durgapur, West Bengal on 17/03/2018. But the motor of the said fan was burnt on 14/03/2018. It is within the warranty period of two years. Inspite of repeated phone calls since then, nobody is coming to replace the fan. Please interfere.
