[Resolved] Havells India — replacement of ceiling fan as it is not working

Dear sir

I have purchased a ceiling fan on 28 jan 2019 having model no es50 premium /1200mm. The fan was not working so i lodged a complaint by telephone on 06 july 2019 having complaint id[protected] for replacement of fan as it was making noise very much. As per the above complaint no solution is provided till now.
Kindly look into the issue urgently and make a replacement for the fan as it is in guarantee period.
