[Resolved] Havells India — service request pending since last 40 days | |||
Hi, I booked a complaint in customer care of havells on 7th september (Gi060524) for my havell's geyser. Engineer visited on 9th and identify some part replacement and promised to come in a couple of days. But even after multiple follow-ups in customer care, no one visited my home. Even i dropped couple of mails on [protected]@havells.com but did not get any response from the havells team. I hope to get a resolution for my problem asap. Hope to hear soon from you.
