Name of the Executive: RAJASEKHAR REDDY(Bangalore region)
First Complaint raised on May 9th, 2021 following the system alert from the purifier.
The service Executive got in touch with us on 13th May, 2021 for which we made a payment of Rs 400 inspite of having an AMC.After 20 minutes of service there was water leakage which we informed immediately and he said he would come immediately and rectify but he didn't turn up.
Constantly we called him but he wasn't answering any calls.
Also there are some protocols that your service executives follow- like wearing hair cover, leg cover(which he didn't wear).
Since he didn't turn up, we raised another complaint on 16th May, 2021 post which we only received calls asking for details of complaint but no one came.
Since lockdown continued, getting executives was difficult.. Now the machine has completely stopped functioning.
We raised a complaint on 1st June, 2021 again.
Today (2nd June)a service guy came, he said internal electrical parts needs to be changed and hence raising this complaint. This guy said he would come to repair in a day or two but really not sure.
We have spent close to Rs 20000 on the machine and because of the negligent attitude of MR RAJASEKHAR REDDY, we are at loss. Expecting a strict action against this Executive- RAJASEKHAR REDDY! Was this information helpful? |
