We regret for the inconvenience. Your service request[protected] has been escalated to national head. Complaint lodged on 9.5.2019. No one turned up and no follow. Up. This is the standard reply everytime i have called up and said that give us one more day to resolve the problem. But sadly no one turns up. I think that the cooler will not be of any use during the summer. Very frustrating and not expected such behaviour from havells. Was this information helpful? | |||

We have purchased 30 geysers from Havells India, and now they have fixed them properly but when using they are not working properly. After repeatedly calling they are not answering
