This is to bring to your attention the bad after sales service that i am facing for havell's product. All other means of rectifying the issue has been exhausted About the complaint... My avion fan’s led underlight has stopped working and i logged complaint with call no hi280216 on 28th sep and after the technician visited he figured that the led light of fan needs to be replaced. I was given false promise that it will be done within 3-4 days. However inspite of repeated followups with techician as well as havells customer care there hasn't been any closure on this despite the product under warranty. Was this information helpful? Havells India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Oct 20, 2018 Updated by Anand103 I even escalated this complaint to the CEO of the company but still no resolution. Have been calling technician Pushpender repeatedly but he never turns up. This is fraud company who only knows to sell their products but doesn’t care and honour warranty
