[Resolved] Havells India — unethical behaviour of service center staff | |||
Hi This is with reference to the complaint no.[protected] which i have registered @ your customer care on 19th march 2019 regarding non functioning of my water heater (Geyser model no. Bello digital 25) When i registered the complaint very next day on 20th march 2019 i received a call from mr. Jagjeet singh from your service center located at kashipur stating that he is coming for the service but after knowing my address which is around 15kms away from his service center he said that he is not coming but is sending other havells technician for the service. The main blunder happened when this other guy named jassi visited my place. Mr jassi (Who is not an havells technician but a local arrogant electrician & does not have any knowledge about anything) When mr jassi inspected my geyser firstly he was totally blank after looking at the geyser he didn't knew how to open it or what to do with it, then he started clicking pictures of the geyser and sent them through whats app to some other person and asked for the help from the guy over the phone. Now after many attempts finally he opened the geyser and then after opening the geyser he was more puzzled and again started clicking the pictures and calling that other guy over the phone and said to him (I have opened this kind of geyser for the very first time. After a lot of discussion from with the between mr jassi and the other guy over the phone, mr jassi said to me that he is assuming that your pcb is out of order. Now he said i will carry your pcb, will rapair it and will fix it in week or two and give me rs 250 for service and rs 1000 for pcb repair. Also he said don"t buy havells products in future as the company is very bad in providing the parts and advised me to buy v-guard as the support system of v-guard is very better than that of havells. How can a person who has came to my house through havells service center can praise the other company I asked him kindly show me the price list of the company which shows how much charges are fixed by the company for all kinds of repairs and asked him to replace my pcb with a new one. Then again he was blank and he called mr jagjeet @ service center and both started to harass me by saying that when you have called us from the service center you have to pay the charges. I asked them i am not denying to pay the charges but at least you should fix my geyser. I also asked mr. Jassi to show his id card of the company again he was blank as he is not a company's employee And how can i handle pcb, charges and other parts of my geyser to the guy who is not an employee of the havells Now some questions arises : 1. How can a brand like havells send a normal layman to its customers house?? 2. Who would be responsible if this guy does some theft or any other criminal act at my house.?? 3. How can a brand like havells does not have transparency in its after sales service and their charges?? 4. How much more time it will take by the company to fiix my geyser.?? 5.
