[Resolved] Havells India — Very poor Service after Sale. No Replacement of my stand fan till now even fan is in guarantee of 2 years from date of purchase | |||
I have registered request and complain regarding break down of my fan 3 times 20/3/2021 but still the problem is not resolved It is in guarantee period.The behaviour oh technician very rude. Their is no support from customer service even. Your ""Service"" with reference no. ""[protected]"" has been assigned to ""T16 CBI0364 BDYUT ELECTRONICS (EAST MIDNAPUR)"" ""[protected]"" Replacement of Motor is not done yet. Technician visited with the motor whose coil was burnt before and repaired. Its not the new replacement of Motor. This the service what Havells provide to the customers after sales of his product. Purchasing products from havells is harassment of myself and my family in this summer..Product model : Havells windstorm SL No: V2002WS500H085638. I request the concern team to see to this matter on urgent basis regarding replacement of Motor of my sand fan havells wind storm.
