Havells India — waiting for havells geyser installation | |||||
Hi Sir/mam, I have purchased a havells geyser on Thursday, 17th of Jan and I have call to customer care on 18th of Jan for Installation of geyser in toll free no.([protected]). he was registered my request with reference No:[protected] and he was told me that company person will contact you in 24-48 hrs but It almost 1 week complete and no one can contact me. and my installation still pending. I was called so many times to customer care but my problem is not resolve. This is very bad experience for me because its just a installation request if i have face any other problem for havells product so i think no one can fix my problem on that time. This type of services you can provide to a customer! Its really bad. If you have shame about this, So you can fix my problem.
