[Resolved] Havells India — water geyser issue | |
The gyser has again failed on 3rd jun 2019 but still no replacement is provided A. First complaint[protected] logged on 3rd jun : no one visited despite multiple follow-up B. Second complaint[protected] logged on 7th jun, still no one visited to look at the problem C. The technician finally visited on 13th jun and informed that gyser needs to be replaced. Instead of giving replacement report he informed that he will send via whatsapp next day and only after multiple follow-up he send after 3 days When i took this report to metro from where i had purchased they mentioned that replacement can be provided only on original report. Please note i had purchased the gyser from metro, borivali in mumbai and had installed in pune house. This shows that havells unethical practice as their technician deliberately gave report on whatsapp D. Lodged another complaint[protected] on 19th jun and technician visited on 20th jun and informed that replacement gyser will be delivered to home within 2 days To-date no replacement is provided despite calling their toll free number multiple time. E. Lodged another complaint on 26th jun[protected] as according to the hepdesk your ticket is closed thus nothing can be done First of all the the gyser given was defective and and despite so many reminder no replacement is provided. How do i take this issue with consumer court as they have mentally tourched me since the day i purchased this equipment. Extremely pathetic quality of produc and equally pathetic post sales service. All the technician who visited had only one aim i. E. Close the ticket despite the problem persisting. I will never every purchase havells prodoct in my life and recommend anyone to purhase the same going forward. The gyser cost me only rs4000 but i will never let havells get away with such a pathetic service and will take it up in consumer court if the product is not replaced as promised Regards, Krishnaprakash maurya Was this information helpful? | |
