[Resolved] Havells India — Water heater bill | |||||
Purchased the geyser which was delivered at home without bill. Dealer promised to send the same via courier or whats app it but nothing happens,.. Now the dealer is not picking the phone.. Moreover, the customer care says that they can not do anything in this regards... Its weird as the the dealer is the registered dealer of the company and still company can not ask the dealer to provide the bill of the purchased item. Purchase was done on 26th dec 2016 from industrial components & systems dealer on rama road. Was this information helpful? | |||||
