[Resolved] Havells — Supplying damaged units | |||||
Your SFU compact plus (200A) has been unboxed with inbuilt damages. But your representative is not able to understand and not ready to accept his mistake, that the box is already damaged. Two poles are internally damaged. Your representative is confirming that the it is been damaged by tightening the cables with nut bolts. But nothing was done like this. just before tightening, it was damaged. Suppose...by tightening a cable, your product can be damaged, then what will happen, if the current pass through it. Very disgusting service and frustating repply from your service centre. Below are the names of two persons we contacted. Name of your representative visited here - Mr.Raju Tiwari. Service centre person - Mr.Sunil Jadav, worst language. Kindly please teach him to how to speak with your customers. No respect. Its just like, we are begging in front of him. Kindly please replace the whole unit. We cannot use this damaged unit for our whole plant. Was this information helpful? | |||||
