[Resolved] Havells — Top glass damaged | |||
I had purchased a havells induction cooktop model et-x. By chance its glass top had been broken, i complained on customer care on 02/05/2016, my call no. Was fe022604. I was assured but no action had been taken. Again i complained on 29 or 30th june, my call no. Was ff 293916, again i was assured, but still today no action was taken. I was diverted to dhanbad, who was demanding rs.1500 for that. I could not understand, was it genuine or not. No any feedback was taken from your side that complain was shorted or not.
