Havmor — promised for distributor and not given

Dear team,

This is with reference to the promises done by your havmor team which were not been fulfilled and to throw some light on how words have been changed by your havmor team. I have been trying for havmor distributorship from last 2 months in chennai. Firstly met mr. Rohit and team in chennai when they had arrived in march and had asked them that we wanted to setup the c&f agent for chennai to which mr. Rohit made me understand that c&f agent will only be opened by the company itself and will not be viable for any individual to open after which we were informed that the c&f agent has been set up by an individual from chennai. As per mr. Rohit we had been to hyderabad also to see the working of havmor. Thus after which we had decided to open a distributorship for an area in chennai.

On 5th april, mr. Rohit and team had come to chennai to finalize the distributors of chennai. We had got the first choice to choose the area and we had chosen anna nagar area for distributor and mr. Damodar had got a sign from me on a form which confirms that anna nagar area was allotted to me. I have also received a mail from damodar which confirms that i was promised for anna nagar area.

As per mr. Rohit we had to give the cheque of 3 lakhs for anna nagar distributor by 7th morning for which we had asked for a draft agreement copy. When i had called mr. Rohit for giving the cheque he had refused to take the cheque from me and asked me to meet mr. Damodar on monday and handover the cheque to him. I had called mr. Damodar 5 times on monday for giving the cheque but he did not pick up my call and neither got any call back from him. On monday evening i had called two times even mr. Rohit as what is to be done but even he did not pick my call and neither had the courtesy to call back or leave a message.

Next day morning when i called mr. Rohit picked and answered that they will not close the anna nagar area for distributor with me as i had delayed in giving the payment.in this whole scenario there was no delay from my side as i was ready with the payment on april 7th morning itself but it was mr. Rohit who had been continuously delaying and avoiding my calls.

Finally i got to understand that your team has been allotting distributors in chennai on a higher reference basis with recommendation basis because when i had called on 10th april, i got to know that the anna nagar area distributor has been already been given.

This is so much disheartening as i wanted to take up the distributor very eagerly and passionately and had been following from last so many months plus had been to hyderabad also and at last what i get is a clear cheat from havmor.

I would request you to take up this matter very seriously and at a high priority and allot me the anna nagar area for distributor which was promised to me.
