Hazrat Vision — poor services for ac installation, poor customer handling

I am forced to write this complaint because of the installation services offered by carrier.

I bough an ac from flipkart, the details of which are below:
Carrier 2 ton 3 star bee rating 2018 split ac - white (24k ester cyclojet - 3 star/cas24es3j8f0, copper condenser)

I called carrier service and booked an appointment for installation.

2 teenagers arrived the very next day and fiddles around with the ac for 6 hours, they started at 12:00 pm and till 6:00 pm, they were experimenting with the ac because they had no idea of installation.
After talking to them, i was able to judge that they were new to the process and were seeing a split ac for the first time.

Finally after struggling for 6 hours, they said "it's done".
We checked and found out it was working.
We paid them 3400 for installation however installation for carrier split ac is just 499.
They mentioned additional charges for copper wire and stand, we asked for receipt, they refused to provide us the receipt saying if you need a receipt, extra gst will be added.

After 10 minutes ac stopped working, we called carrier again asking for an experience technician and they promised to send someone who will be mature enough.
Again not breaking any stereotypes, they sent 2 teenagers the next day.
They also spent 2 hours and said that the previous technician connected the compressor directly as the relay for power output is not working!!!

I was stunned by these comments.
I called carrier again and expressed my frustration however no action has been taken by carrier so far.

I have wasted my money buying a carrier product.
Their customer service is pathetic.

Those teenagers corrupted the functioning of my ac as they were "learning" by experimenting on my ac.
I want to ask who is responsible for damage done to my ac, will carrier take responsibility of the same?
And will my installation charges be reversed due to the mental harassment and trauma i faced due to their poor customer handling?

Nothing will be able to compensate the stress i face due to the incident.
However i am writing it here hoping that someone would call me and resolve my issue.
