HBL Global — regarding provident fund date mistakenly

I papia dam and my employee id is chblp13227 i gave resign from dated 1/4/2019 but my date of joining is record on this date, i applied for withdrawal of my provident fund but record shows that i joining on 1/4/2019 mistakenly where i was joined in hbl global 27th of july 2010 ie, 27/07/2010 so please correct with your record as i get the right of my pension.
