I was working in hdfc bank ltd - auto loan department, through hbl global pvt. Ltd. From may 2011 to august 2012, my employee code was k08981, i had not applied for my pf amount previously, now i want to know my uan no.in order to apply for provident fund, i have salary slip and pf account#131694.
