HCL Computer — Not replacing the keyboard within warranty period !!

I've bought an HCL laptop at 4th October 2014. the keypad was not functioning since August 2015. I called the toll free no. & initially they said the warranty information is not updated in our system. After sending all relevant documents it has been updated on 25th August & they assigned a service request no and assure me that somebody will attend. But after several mail/ phone call nobody attended. I'm still waiting...
