HCL — PF Transfer

I have raised a PF transfer request form my previous employer to HCL. They have approved the request but the amount still is not reflected in my HCL PF account.

I am attaching my form 13, Annexure K.

Please help me with these details. I have already left the HCL on 25/oct already so again I need to transfer the PF from HCL to the current Organization.
