[Resolved] HCL Technologies — Faulty form 16 | |||||
I joined hcl in july 2015. I worked there approx 18 to 20 days. Because of some personal reason i did not continue after that. I have not receive single rupee salary from hcl tecnologies but they generated form16 as well as and submit tds to income tax department. That is also reflated in as26. Without income how they generated form16. This is faulty form16. I want to hcl revise form 16 with zero amount. Was this information helpful? | |||||
