HCL Technologies — hcl technologies no response on pf withdrawal after waiting 30 days (20 working days is their assurance) and no replies on status through email

I applied for my pf on 2nd mar 2020. I got an email mentioning that it will be done in 20 working days.
I waited for 20 working days and sent an email for status update on the official pf helpdesk email id [protected]@hcl.com. I received no reply.
I sent an email to the concerned employee dealing my request several times. But there wasn't any reply after several gentle reminders.
