HCL Technologies — hcl technologies required a annexure k for pf transfer

I am an ex employee of hcl and requested for a pf transfer. But in order to transfer the amount to my pf account, i need a annexure k from hcl pf team. I have been trying to reach the hcl pf team continuously, but no reply except the automated e-mail.
