HCL Technologies — pf settlement transfer status : req-23623

I am an ex employee of hcl with employee id 51521059. I have been following up with hcl pf helpdesk since april 2018 for pf transfer.
I have submitted form 13 as well. Here is the request for pf transfer:

But still my request is under process.

However, in spite of multiple follow ups neither the amount was transferred, nor did i hear back from hcl pf helpdesk.

I request you all to take necessary action & release the amount asap. Details are furnished below for your reference -
