HCL Technologies — pf withdrawal amount not received

I am ex employee hcl technology and trying to following up with hcl pf helpdesk from last 5 days for my pf withdrawal by mail on "[protected]@hcl.com". I haven't received any feedback for any mail

By tomorrow i am suppose to receive pf amount.

I request you all to take necessary action & release the amount asap. Details are furnished below for your reference -
