HCL Technologies — pf withdrawal

I have been with hcl from may 2017 to april 2018. My employee number is 51682557.

I tried to transfer my pf to my current pf account. The claim process was completed successfully. But the claim amount is only rs.0.

I have attached the snapshot for your reference.

In my final settlement also i did not get my pf amount.
