[Resolved]  HCL Technologies — Pf withdrawal process unknown

I am trying to know the process for PF withdrawal. I have written several emails to [protected]@hcl.com and to pankaj.[protected]@hcl.com but didnt hear anything.
The separation link is not working for me and it says " you have not initiated EMS yet" .please assist.

HCL Technologies Customer Care's response As per records of HCLT you are still an active employee as your last working day is not updated in system. Kindly connect with your last HR spoc if you are already separated or share experience certificate issued by HCLT with Pankaj with cc to [protected]@hcl.com.
Process of PF withdrawal remains online that too thru HCLT's separation portal subject to above conditions

My name is Moulshree and I left HCL in 2012. I have already written emails to pankaj and pfhelpdesk a number of times but havent received any response. As I said earlier my separation portal link is not working. Please assist
