I have purchased a new refrigerator on august, 2018 as paid by monthly installments by an agent paid at home.. The first month was gone well.. Agent was at time and paid on time. From 2nd month, agent was careless so that he came carelessly whenever i called.. As it was going there are no alerts of fine about paying but last month and this month they have deducted 118/- directly from my account without my permission and any message alerts.. Agent hasn't come on time and i lost my money.. This regards the careless of management and if even i complained no response was shown.. Please resolve this as fast as you can.. I'm losing my money.. Is this the way to trick the customers.. As it was not my mistake.. Credit my money of 236/- immediately to my account.. Don't play such as foolish games with customers.. Resolve that
