My Name is Ratnesh U Bandri. I am co applicant for loan taken from HDBFS. Due to some problems My ECS is not updated.. I don't know what happened but I want to pay my Delay EMI thorough net banking. Somehow what but my loan account number or any passbook towords it is not provided to me. Now how suppose to I pay your EMI though online payment as I don't get loan account number. I tried to call your customer care helpline for my queries but this Vodafone number is out of service is the answer I get back. Myself tarsem mittal i took auto loan from hdb loan a/c no 895528 .now i want to close my loan but they are not ready to do it. i went many times to their office with the cheque but they are not accepting it making unreasonable excuses please take strict action against them as they are harrassing me for no reason
